- After the group buy end date is reached

Processing Fee:
All refunds include a 3% + 20c processing fee deducted by Stripe (our payment processor), not by us.
Non-Refundable Pledges:
If you pledge AND purchase a group buy item under the same pledge, your pledge becomes non-refundable as it was applied toward your purchase.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed 5-10 business days after the group buy deadline passes.
- Pledge $15, don't buy during GB ā Get $14.35 refund (minus stripe fee)
- Pledge $15, buy $385 item during GB ā No pledge refund (applied to purchase)
- Pledge $15, GB gets cancelled ā Get full $15 refund
Group buy purchases have a no refund policy by default as each purchase is for a bespoke-made item using your GB order funds.
Think carefully before purchasing - group buy sales are final.
Despite the no-refund policy, we happily work with customers on a case-by-case basis to resolve legitimate product issues. We'll consider providing refunds or replacements for:
ā¢ Damaged product during shipping
ā¢ Product with machining errors
ā¢ Missing items from order
ā¢ Wrong item received
ā¢ Non-functional PCB or electronics
ā¢ Damaged accessories
ā¢ Wrong finishing color
ā¢ Major visible finishing errors
Manufacturing Time:
Group buy items take significant time to ship as they're manufactured after the group buy closes.
Stay Updated:
Check project pages for timeline updates and manufacturing progress.
All items are shipped with full value insurance coverage unless disclosed otherwise. This protects you in case of loss or damage during shipping. If something happens to your package, we've got you covered.
By pledging to a project, you automatically opt into receiving a group buy announcement email with private order links for that specific project. This is essential for the pledge-to-group buy system to work.

We never send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store or have access to your payment information. Payment processing fees are handled by Stripe.
